VisaEase
Independent visa application support for South Africans

A clear, trustworthy website for a visa support service that explains the process and books consultations.
The challenge
VisaEase helps South African applicants with US DS-160 forms, US embassy appointment scheduling and Schengen visa documents. Visa help is a trust purchase: people need to know exactly what the service does, and what it cannot promise, before they share personal details.
Our approach
Be transparent first. Each service has its own page, the process is shown in four simple steps, and the site states plainly that VisaEase is independent and cannot guarantee a visa decision.
What we built
- Dedicated pages for DS-160 support, US appointment scheduling and Schengen document preparation
- A four-step "how it works" explanation
- Consultation and contact calls to action on every page
- Privacy policy and terms pages
- Hosting and ongoing management by Digitalx
The outcome
- First-time applicants, business travellers and families can see which service fits them
- Expectations are set honestly before anyone gets in touch
- Every service is reachable from search through its own page
Technology
Live snapshot
On the site today
Taken from visaease.co.za on 16 October 2026, so it shows the website as it is now, including updates made since launch.
Sections on the homepage
- Three services. One standard of accuracy.
- US DS-160 Visa Application
- Appointment Scheduling & Logistics
- Schengen Visa Document Curation
- A four-step process, not a form-filling favour.
- Have a visa deadline approaching?
