Digital solutions for education
Schools, tutors, colleges and training providers are judged on how easy it is to find a course, see the fees and enrol. We build education websites that answer those questions, systems that keep learner records and classes in order, and the registration and email setup a training business needs.

Challenges
Common challenges
Parents and learners cannot find the basics
Fees, timetables, requirements and how to apply are buried in PDFs or only shared on WhatsApp.
Enrolments on paper and in chats
Application forms, ID copies and proof of payment arrive by email, WhatsApp and in person, and some get lost.
Class lists and attendance in spreadsheets
Several versions of the same list, and nobody is sure which one is current.
Learner information needs care
Personal information about learners, and especially children, has to be collected and stored carefully under POPIA.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Can parents apply and upload documents online?
Yes. We build application forms that collect the details you need and accept documents such as ID copies and reports, stored securely rather than in an inbox.
Can you show different fees for different grades or courses?
Yes. Fees, intakes and requirements can be set out per grade, course or level, so families see the right information straight away.
Do you register training and tutoring companies?
Yes. We register Pty Ltd companies with CIPC. Accreditation with education or skills bodies is a separate process that we do not handle.
