How is patient information kept secure?
Systems use role-based access enforced at the database level, so each staff member sees only what their role allows. Mbeki Healthcare's system uses Supabase with Row Level Security for this.
Can patients book online?
Yes. We can integrate a booking tool or build a booking request flow into the website.
Are there rules about how practices advertise?
Some professions have advertising rules set by their professional bodies. You confirm what applies to your practice and we build within it.
