No. Everything is done online.

Can a foreigner register a company?
Yes. Foreign nationals can be directors and shareholders. Our Foreigner Assurance service helps with the extra steps.
What if my name is taken?
We submit up to four names in order of preference, so the next one can be approved without starting again.
Do I get a bank account?
Yes. Every registration includes a complimentary FNB Gold Business Account.
What happens every year?
You must file an annual return with CIPC. We can do it for you from R650.
