How long does company registration take?
Usually a few working days, typically 3 to 7, once we have your documents.
What do I need to register?
ID or passport numbers for every director, contact details and up to four company names in order of preference.
What are annual returns?
Every company must file an annual return with CIPC each year. Missing them can get the company deregistered. We can file them for you.
Do you help with a business bank account?
Yes. We introduce you to FNB and help you apply for an FNB Gold Business Account. FNB's current offer, fees and eligibility rules apply, and approval is entirely up to FNB.
