For Zimbabwean founders who want a South African Pty Ltd.

Many Zimbabwean entrepreneurs trade with South African customers and suppliers. Foreign nationals can be directors and shareholders of a South African private company. We register the company with CIPC online, and our Foreigner Assurance service guides you through the extra documents. You will need a South African registered address, and banks run additional checks for foreign directors.

No. Company ownership does not give immigration rights. Check visa requirements separately with the Department of Home Affairs or an immigration adviser.
