Most of our clients are busy owners who want something done properly without managing it themselves. Our process is built around that: short steps, everything in writing, and one person who knows your project.
1. You tell us what you need
Use the order form, WhatsApp us on 021 879 3035 or email hello@digitalxagency.io. A sentence about your business is enough to start. If you already know what you want, such as "a five-page website with WhatsApp enquiries" or "register a Pty Ltd with two directors", say so and we can quote faster.
If you are unsure, describe the problem instead of the solution. "We lose bookings because people can't find our prices" is more useful than "we need SEO". We will recommend the simplest thing that solves it, and we will tell you if you don't need us.
2. We send a written quote
Within one business day you get a clear recommendation with the scope, the price, any monthly costs and the expected timeline, in writing. The quote also lists what is not included, so there are no surprises later. Where third parties charge fees, such as the companies registry or a domain registry, we show them separately.
Your quote email includes a secure payment link. The amount is stored on our system, so it is always the amount we agreed.
3. You approve, and we start
Nothing starts until you accept the quote. For once-off work we usually ask for payment or a deposit before we begin, as stated in the quote. For larger software projects, payment is split into milestones.
4. We do the work, in stages you can see
- Company registrations are checked, filed with the companies registry and tracked until the documents are issued.
- Websites start with structure and content, then design, then a working preview link you can open on your phone.
- Custom software is delivered in milestones, each one tested by you before the next begins.
5. You review and approve
Nothing goes live until you are happy with it. Reasonable changes at the review stage are part of the job. If you ask for something new that wasn't in the quote, we price it separately first, so you can decide.
6. Handover and support
When the work is done you receive what you paid for: the website and domain in your name, company documents, or access to your software. Hosting, updates and support continue month to month if you choose a monthly hosting package, so you are never left on your own.
