Quick answer: Brief, structure, content, design, build, review, launch, then support. You approve the plan before we design, see a working preview before launch, and nothing goes live without your go-ahead.
1. Brief
We learn what you sell, who your customers are, where you work, and what you want visitors to do: call, WhatsApp, book or buy. We also look at competitors and any website you have now, so we know what to keep and what to fix.
2. Structure
We agree the page list and the main message for each page. A typical small-business site has a home page, one page per main service, an about page, and contact. This is the most important step: clear structure makes the site easy to use and easy for Google to understand.
3. Content
You send what you have: text, photos, logo and prices. We shape it into short, clear copy written for the people who will read it. Where photos are missing, we use your own photos if possible, because real images of your work build more trust than stock photos.
4. Design
We design around your brand colours and logo, mobile-first. Most visitors arrive on a phone, so we design for a phone screen first and scale up for tablets and desktops.
5. Build
We build the pages, forms, WhatsApp buttons and any features in your quote. Pages are kept light so they load quickly on mobile data. We set up page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and basic structured data as we go.
6. Review
You get a preview link to open on your own phone and computer. Send changes in one list; we make them and you check again. Changes within the agreed scope are part of the job.
7. Launch
We connect your domain, install SSL (the padlock), test the forms, submit the sitemap to Google Search Console and check the site on several devices. See our launch checklist.
8. After launch
On a monthly hosting package we keep the site hosted, backed up, updated and monitored, and make small changes for you. You can also ask us for new pages or features at any time.
